Those wishing to participate as a vendor will pay a $35 vendor fee for a 10x10 space. You may submit payment by check, cash in the farm store, in person credit card, or via the link you will receive in the email you provided in your application. There will be no tents or tables provided. All spaces will be outdoors. Electricity is available for food vendors only. Vendor arrival may begin at 8am* and all tables and tents need to be in place by 9:45am so that all vehicles can be parked in time for the event to begin at 10:00AM. If you choose to bring a tent, it must be anchored down. If you would like to arrive earlier than 8am for set-up, please notify Rachel. For the safety of all in attendance, we ask you DO NOT move your vehicles to break down your vendor space until after 4:00PM.

Please read the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS thoroughly: *I understand that, as a vendor for the Sickler's Circle View Farm Small Business Saturday Event, I will need to notify Rachel if I plan to arrive earlier than 8am. I will unload my materials and have my vehicle parked in the designated place by 9:45AM. Sickler's Circle View Farm will provide a 10’ x 10’ Space. The below named person/business (Participant) submitting a vendor application will set up and maintain their exhibit for the duration of the event, will provide any and all equipment necessary to adequately display their items, including but not limited to: tents, tables, chairs, cash box, money, and credit card equipment, and weights to secure their tent. Electricity is available to food vendors only, and Wi-Fi is not available. Participant is responsible for all sales and taxes associated with sales. Vendors who do reserve a spot and do not show: You will not be welcome back and forfeit your table fee. The term of this Agreement shall be from today’s date to 6pm on Saturday, November 28, 2026. Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sickler's Circle View Farm, its successors and assigns, from any and all losses, costs (including without limitation, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees), claims, suits, actions, damages liabilities and expenses, including but not limited to, those in connection with loss of life, bodily injury, personal injury, damage to property and any breach of this Agreement occasioned wholly or in part by Participant’s fault or negligence or the fault or negligence of Participant’s officers directors, agents or subcontractors related in any way to this Agreement or Participant’s obligations hereunder.

FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party will be responsible for fires, strikes, civil disorders, severe inclement weather, pandemic or other public health emergency, acts or threats of terrorism, acts of war or other casualties or events beyond its reasonable control. Upon the occurrence of such an event, Sickler's Circle View Farm will have the right to cancel or reschedule the EVENT at its sole discretion. The fee to participate in vendor fair is $35 and is nonrefundable.
